Recently, a key power engineering unit in Anhui Province has reached an important cooperation agreement with Wuhan UHV and purchased four UHV-220/30CF series battery charge and discharge testers for power detection equipment. This is the fifth time since 2020 that the customer has chosen products from Wuhan UHV, fully demonstrating their high trust in the technical strength and service quality of Wuhan UHV.
At the beginning of this year, Mr. Wang, the technical supervisor of the client company, had multiple exchanges with Mr. Li, the manager of Wuhan UHV, discussing technical difficulties and selecting suitable equipment. As the on-site requirements change, the customer continuously updates the equipment list. Although the project was suspended for a period of time due to some uncontrollable factors, it has recently been able to restart. After further communication between Manager Li and General Manager Wang, equipment selection was made based on the specific needs of the customer's site, and in-depth discussions were held on pricing, contract terms, and after-sales support. Manager Li actively served with patience, meticulousness, sincerity, and professionalism, and answered all questions from the customer's perspective. The equipment procurement was successfully completed, orders were signed smoothly, and cooperation was reached. The customer is very satisfied with the cooperation results and believes that the partnership between the two parties will further deepen.
