Usage and operation steps:

1. Instrument installation:

(1) Open the instrument packaging and check for damage;

(2) Check the instrument model and accessories according to the packing list;

(3) Debugging can only be carried out after the instrument is checked for accuracy.

2. Power on preparation:

(1) Insert the power cord into an AC220V three pin socket;

(2) Clean the test oil cup with petroleum ether.

3. Test program:

(1) Turn on the power switch and display the screen;

(2) Press the enter system (play) button to display the screen;

(3) Press the (self-test) button to enter the self-test interface; Press the (arm lift) button, and the arm will automatically stop when it reaches its maximum height.

(4) Put the test oil sample into a cleaned oil cup to the specified mark, place it in the heating bath cover, and then press the (lower arm) button. When the lower arm descends to the lower limit, it will automatically stop.

(5) Enter the pre flash temperature, oil number, air pressure, standard and other parameters as required in Figure 3;

(6) Ignition method: Electric ignition.

(7) Press the (start) key on the system interface to enter the experiment start;

(8) When the sample flashes, the instrument automatically locks the flash point temperature value and the electric ignition is automatically turned off.

(9) Based on the relative error of test results at different altitudes within the area, the atmospheric pressure value within the area can be input, and the impact of atmospheric pressure on the test can be automatically corrected. The corrected value can be calculated to correct the pressure value.

(10) During the automatic testing process, press thebutton, and the instrument will automatically open the cover and ignite once (for debugging). Check the flash value of the sample at any time and check whether the set temperature is normal. appropriate.

(11) When the flash point value is reached, it will automatically capture the flash point value and lock the current temperature value on the LCD screen for automatic storage; (12) Press the print button to enter the interface: Press thebutton to print the current content; Pressto view the records, and pressto return to the boot interface.

Testing precautions:

1. The instrument should be used in a non corrosive environment;

2. When replacing the sample, the oil cup must be cleaned;

3. Do not manually press the up (down) key to avoid damaging the lifting mechanism;

4. Do not start the instrument heating without oil to avoid damaging the furnace sleeve and heating system.
