1. The fan cannot start:
Phenomenon: After emergency stop, fault protection, and mismatch protection, the "fault reset" is not pressed;
Reason: High internal temperature, thermal protection of power components;
Exclusion method: Turn off the power supply of the instrument, let it stand for about 30 minutes, turn on the power again, press the "Reset" button on the instrument panel, and then restart the instrument.
If the fan still cannot be started, please contact our company. The instrument cannot be disassembled!
2. Automatic tuning cannot be completed, resonance point cannot be found:
Phenomenon: The tuning curve is completely a straight line, and after tuning is completed, the instrument prompts that there is no resonance point
Reason: Poor grounding of the circuit, incorrect wiring of the test circuit, and an open circuit in one of the devices
Exclusion method: Check the reliability of the grounding device and whether there are any disconnection points in the grounding connection wire; Check the continuity of the high and low voltage coils of the excitation transformer; (Low voltage winding resistance; High voltage winding resistance at each output end to the high voltage tail); Check the continuity of each reactor; (Resistance value of each winding); Check the continuity of the signal line of the voltage divider; (High and low voltage electrical capacity); Check the continuity of the high and low voltage capacitor arms of the voltage divider; (1 hole to core, 2 holes to shell are respectively conductive; 1 hole to 2 holes are disconnected); When the device is boosted, there is no resonance point, and it is necessary to check the on/off of the compensation capacitor; If all components are normal and there is still no resonance point, please contact our company. The instrument cannot be disassembled!
3. Cannot increase the voltage to the test voltage
Phenomenon: The tuning curve is a straight line with lower peaks; During the experiment, the primary voltage is high but the high voltage is low. Even before reaching the test voltage, the primary voltage has already reached the rated voltage, and the circuit automatically steps down;
Reason: The capacitance of the reactor does not match that of the test sample, and the resonance point was not accurately found; The sample loss is high and the system Q value is too low; The high voltage output voltage of the excitation transformer is low; The high-voltage connecting wire is too long or does not use a high-voltage discharge line
Exclusion method: Connect the compensation capacitor to the test circuit and increase the circuit capacitance; Connect multiple reactors in series as much as possible to increase the inductance of the circuit; Increase the output voltage of the excitation transformer; Dry the test sample to improve its insulation strength and reduce active losses in the circuit; Generally, when the equipment outputs high voltage, high-voltage discharge lines are used, or ordinary high-voltage output lines are changed to shorter connections, generally not exceeding 5 meters.
