    Asynchronous Motor Test Bench

    1. According to the type of working power, it can be divided into DC motors and AC motors

    1) DC motors are divided into two categories based on their structure and working principle: brushless DC motors and brushed DC motors.

    Brushed DC motors are divided into permanent magnet DC motors and electromagnetic DC motors

    EVDC motors are divided into series excited DC motors, parallel excited DC motors, separately excited DC motors, and compound excited DC motors.

    Permanent magnet DC motors are divided into rare earth permanent magnet DC motors, ferrite DC motors, and nickel cobalt permanent magnet motors.

    2) In this case, AC motors can also be divided into single-phase motors and three-phase motors.


    2.  According to their structure and working principle, they can be divided into DC motors, asynchronous motor test benches, synchronous motors, etc

    1) Synchronous motors are divided into permanent magnet synchronous motors, reluctance synchronous motors, and hysteresis synchronous motors

    2) The asynchronous motor test bench is divided into: asynchronous motor and AC motor

    Asynchronous motors are divided into three-phase asynchronous motors, single-phase asynchronous motors, and hood type asynchronous motors.

    AC commutation motors are divided into single-phase series excited motors, DC dual-purpose motors, and push/reject motors.


    3.  According to the starting and operating modes, it can be divided into capacitor starting single-phase asynchronous motors, capacitor starting single-phase asynchronous motors, capacitor starting single-phase asynchronous motors, and phase separated single-phase asynchronous motors.


    4.  According to their purposes, they can be divided into motors used for transmission and motors used for control.

    1) Transmission motors can be divided into electric motors, electric motors for household appliances (including washing machines, electric fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, tape recorders, video recorders, DVD players, vacuum cleaners, cameras, hair dryers, electric shavers, etc.), and electric motors for other small machinery, including various small machine tools, small machinery, medical equipment, electronic instruments, etc.

    2) The control motor can be divided into stepper motor and servo motor, etc.


    5.  According to the structure of the rotor, it can be divided into cage induction motors (referred to as squirrel cage asynchronous motors in old standards) and wound rotor induction motors (referred to as coil asynchronous motors in previous standards).


    6. According to the working speed, it can be divided into: high-speed motor, low-speed motor, constant speed motor, and speed regulating motor. Low speed motors include gear reduction motors, electromagnetic reduction motors, torque motors, claw motors, etc.

    In addition to graded constant speed motors, stepless constant speed motors, graded motors, stepless motors, stepless motors, and stepless motors, there are also electromagnetic speed regulating motors, DC speed regulating motors, PWM speed regulating motors, and SRM motors. The rotor speed of the motor is slightly lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field. The rotor speed of a synchronous motor is always maintained at synchronous speed without considering the load.
