Product Introduction:
This equipment is designed for automated factory electrical testing of both മൂന്ന്-ഘട്ടം asynchronous motors (including squirrel-cage and wound-rotor types) and DC motors. It verifies product compliance with control standards by performing a series of tests—such as DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, and no-load testing for asynchronous motors, along with no-load testing for DC motors—and automatically generates a final test report.
Product Characteristics:
The system is designed to perform automated testing of key electrical and operational parameters for three-phase asynchronous motors. It measures DC resistance, insulation resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, inter-turn withstand voltage, locked rotor performance, and no-load characteristics, while also monitoring environmental conditions such as ambient temperature.
For DC motors, the equipment automatically conducts no-load testing to evaluate performance under standard operating conditions without mechanical load.
A built-in evaluation function compares all collected test data against preset quality control limits. The system automatically determines whether each parameter meets the specified standards and records the compliance status.
Upon completion of testing, the system automatically generates a detailed test report summarizing all measurements, evaluation results, and relevant test conditions for documentation and quality assurance.
The hardware configuration includes dedicated measurement circuits, with one channel rated for 1000A and another for 100A, to accommodate a wide range of motor power ratings.
Comprehensive safety features are integrated into the design, including a safety interlock system, audible and visual alarm indicators, and an emergency stop function to ensure operator protection and equipment security during testing procedures.
