1. Due to the fact that the partial discharge and high voltage environment tests of network cables are conducted one by one in the shielded room, when breakdown occurs, the enterprise can fully consider replacing the insulated wire core for retesting. If the wire core needs to be replaced and the voltage technology test system passes normally, we should be able to confirm that the cable has indeed experienced breakdown.
